Virginia Van Kampen - Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach
Virginia completed my bachelor of Human Kinetics degree at the University of British Columbia Okanagan and am also a CSEP-certified personal trainer. She is continuously studying and educating herself on the latest research in active rehabilitation, strength and conditioning to provide her clients with the best service possible.
Virginia believes in a functional and holistic approach to exercise and rehabilitation with a focus on teaching quality movement patterns to ensure safety and effectiveness. Her objective is to help you maximize your potential and reach your goals through individual exercise, mobility, and active rehabilitation programs tailored to your specific needs.
Born and raised in Kamloops, she has always led a very active lifestyle, playing a variety of sports throughout her childhood and teenage years. After high school, Virginia completed a semester abroad in Antigua, Guatemala studying cross cultural communications, world religions, anthropology and spanish. While there, she developed a passion for helping others and volunteered with a number of organizations.
