Between my love of fitness and my desire to help people - it was only a matter of time before I decided to leave my 9 to 5 and follow my dream. Getting my Personal Trainer certificate was definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made because I can help others succeed in their wellness goals whilst doing something I love!
Now I focus on helping people gain and regain confidence & motivation that might have been hidden - by striving to create a positive, fun, and encouraging environment.
I'm happiest when I can share my knowledge of proper techniques and form and different types of exercise that will help my clients meet their goals. Sharing the experience with them and seeing their progress keeps me motivated to work even harder to help them get better results.
I like to think of myself as outgoing, funny, driven to succeed and little mischievous - especially when I have put together a workout that will be rather challenging or when I'm dropping the b-bomb (burpees!).
When I'm not at the gym training myself or others, you might find me exploring the beautiful hiking trails that Kamloops has to offer, or curled up with a good book and a cup of tea or hot chocolate.
